“The State Department on Tuesday proposed a new plan where batches of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails would be released every 60 days, with the next batch set to be made public on June 30,” the Wall Street Journal reports.
“The State Department promised to allocate additional resources to the project to ensure that all of Mrs. Clinton’s emails are released to the public by January, just two weeks before the Iowa caucus.”
