Hillary Clinton “said repeatedly Tuesday that she did not know if her e-mail server, which was turned over to the FBI last week, had been wiped clean of data,” the Washington Post reports.
In a testy exchange with reporters following, Clinton responded, “What, like with a cloth or something?” when asked if the server had been wiped. She added: “I don’t know how it works at all.”
Politico reports “some longtime allies are increasingly worried that she’s learned little from past scandals, and is falling back on her tendency to mount a legalistic defense that only encourages perceptions that she has something to hide.”
