Al Hunt talks to Democratic consultant James Carville and gets his odds on the Democratic presidential race. Howard Dean "remains the clear favorite but not quite as decisively as a month ago" and Sen. John Kerry's "prospects for the presidential nomination have improved slightly over the past month." • Howard Dean -- 5 to 2
  • John Kerry -- 4 to 1
  • Dick Gephardt -- 5 to 1
  • Wesley Clark -- 7 to 1
  • John Edwards -- 12 to 1
  • Joe Lieberman -- 12 to 1
  • Al Sharpton, Dennis Kucinich, Carol Mosley Braun -- 1,000 to 1 (combined)
