Clark Moves Into Second In New Hampshire

The American Research Group New Hampshire Tracking Poll shows Wesley Clark has moved into second place behind Howard Dean. Sen. John Kerry has fallen to third place.

Clark has a new television ad running in New Hampshire "that gained very favorable playback from women on Monday." If he is able to cut into Dean's solid base of women voters (which no other candidate has been able to do), the New Hampshire primary could become a competitive race again.
