Jack O'Toole notes that Howard Dean "appears to have spent approximately $207 for each vote he's received to date."

Update: "Comparing the Dean and Kerry campaigns' spending in the three previous months reveals some interesting differences that may help explain why their fortunes reversed so dramatically," David Bernstein writes.

The AP notes Dean spent nearly $7,000 on chocolates.
