Bush and Kerry Deadlocked in Arkansas

President Bush and Sen. John Kerry "are tied" in Arkansas. The latest Rasmussen Reports poll finds both men earning 45% of the vote.

"Adding Ralph Nader's name to the poll has absolutely no impact in this key Southern state."
