President Bush gets a negative 45% to 50% approval rating from American voters ā- "his lowest score ever" -ā and Sen. John Kerry "is now one point behind the Republican incumbent," 43% to 42%, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll. Ralph Nader gets 6%.
