CNN Gets Florida Felon List

A Florida judge ordered "that the board of elections immediately release a list of nearly 50,000 suspected felons to CNN and other news organizations," CNN reports. The cable news network sued to gain access to the list to "verify its accuracy" because Florida bars felons convicted after 1977 from voting. It's suspected that Florida's database may include felons whose rights were restored prior to 1977.
