Legal Challenges Stall Nader

Ralph Nader's "efforts to get his name on presidential ballots in swing states are becoming mired in legal challenges and charges of fraud by Democrats who have mounted an extensive campaign to keep him from becoming a factor in this year's election," the New York Times reports.

According to the article, Nader has been kept off the ballot in three states, is close in 11 state, still waiting for verfication in 20 states, and has yet to formally file in 18 states.

Meanwhile, KYTV says Nader will not be on the Missouri ballot as "supporters failed to get the 10,000 valid signatures they need."

However, the Nader campaign claimed enough signatures to get on the ballot in West Virginia and Ohio.
