Bush Lawyer Resigns Over Link to 527 Group

Benjamin Ginsberg, President Bush's election lawyer and one of his attorneys during the 2000 Florida recount, resigned from the campaign after he disclosed he gave legal advice to a 527 group running attack ads against Sen. John Kerry, the AP reports.
