Rematch?

Since Vanity Fair doesn't have a web site, Tom Goldstein got permission to post the must-read October 2004 Vanity Fair article on the 2000 Bush v. Gore election litigation including "never-before-reported details about what happened inside the Supreme Court." There are two PDF files available: Part 1 and Part 2.

Meanwhile, the New Republic's Jeffrey Rosen says we may be headed for a rematch of the legal issues surrounding Bush v. Gore even if one of the candidates is different.
