Who Wrote Allawi's Speech?

No one knows who wrote the speech that Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi delivered before the joint meeting of Congress last week. However, the Washington Post suspects that Allawi may have just gone "to the White House Web site and combed through some of President Bush's speeches." Check out some of the similarities.

As Josh Marshall commented at the time: "Is Prime Minister Allawi actually part of the Bush campaign? Or is he registered as a 527?"
