Bush Picks Commerce Secretary

President Bush chose Carlos Gutierrez, chief executive officer of the Kellogg Co., to be secretary of Commerce, the AP reports. "Gutierrez was born in Cuba and his family fled the country in 1960 when he was 6 years old."
