Soros Blasts Kerry

Billionaire investor George Soros -- who spent $26 million in the failed effort to defeat President Bush -- called challenger John Kerry "a flawed candidate," Bloomberg reports.

Said Soros: "Kerry did not, actually, offer a credible and coherent alternative."
