Republican List of Felons Flawed

"The list of alleged felon voters compiled in Dino Rossi's legal challenge to the Washington governor's election mistakenly includes people tried as juveniles who never lost their right to vote," the Seattle Times reports.

Meanwhile, the latest Elway Poll suggests most Washington voters (63%) accept the results of the gubernatorial election.
