Reid Defends Blogs

Based on this letter and his recent statements, it appears Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) really is seeking to be a protector of the blogosphere.

Meanwhile, Reid introduced legislation to exempt the Internet from campaign finance regulations and to head off action predicted by FEC commissioner Bradley Smith.
