A week after Texas Gov. Rick Perry's (R) campaign tried to link Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) to Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), "a 1993 letter emerged in which Perry called Clinton's efforts at health care reform 'commendable,'" the Houston Chronicle reports.
