Think Progress runs a devastating series of quotes that show how President Bush has repeatedly changed the definition of our "mission" in Iraq.

Meanwhile, MSNBC's David Shuster says "I don't know if things are getting better or worse in Iraq. But I do know the Bush administration is now in total panic mode over the erosion of public support for the occupation."
