Bell Will Run for Governor of Texas

Former Rep. Chris Bell (D-TX) announced that he will run for Texas governor in 2006, "becoming the first major Democrat to step into the race against" Gov. Rick Perry (R), according to the AP. Bell is best know for filing ethics charges last year against House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX).
