Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R), "mentioned as a potential candidate for president in 2008, will be the keynote speaker next month at the year's largest gathering of Republicans in New Hampshire," the AP reports.
"Huckabee is expected to be the only one of four potential candidates for the presidency invited to attend the Aug. 27 event. Sen. George Allen, R-Va., former House Speaker Newt Gingrich of Georgia and Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney had scheduling conflicts."
