GOP Leaders Hope Scarborough Will Challenge Harris

Florida Republicans are "courting Joe Scarborough to replace" Rep. Katherine Harris (R-FL) in the 2006 Senate race against Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL), reports the Pensacola News Journal. "Scarborough, a cable TV talk-show host and former U.S. representative, has met with senior party officials who are encouraging him."
