Capito Will Not Challenge Byrd

Sources tell West Virginia Metro News that Rep. Shelly Moore Capito (R-WV) "has called a meeting with her supporters today to announce her decision to not take on Sen. Robert Byrd next year. Capito had been toying with the idea of a Senate campaign against the eight term incumbent who announced last week he would seek reelection to a ninth term."
