Pataki Tests Waters in California and Iowa

In preparation for a potential 2008 presidential bid, New York Gov. George Pataki (R) is visiting California this week for a three-day fundraising spree before ìheading to Iowa for his third stop there in four months,î reports the New York Daily News.

Earlier this month, Pataki was in New Hampshire to help campaign for local Republican candidates.
