Republicans Refuse to Rally Around Harris

ìDespite her appearance of inevitability as the Republican nominee to challengeî Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL), Rep. Katherine Harris (R-FL) ìcontinues to struggle for acceptance from the national party,î according to the Tampa Tribune.

Harris claims that all earlier problems have been settled, but Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-NC) said conversations are still ongoing with other potential candidates. RNSC Spokesman Brian Nick was even more blunt: "If Harris is the nominee, we lose.î
