Another Republican Declines to Challenge Byrd

Former West Virginia University basketball coach Gale Catlett (R) has decided he will not challenge Sen. Robert Byrd (D-WV) in 2006, reports the Wheeling Intelligencer. The Republicans are still without a candidate, even though the filing deadline is in January.
