Bush Will Make Economy Focus in 2006

The Wall Street Journal reports President Bush returned to speaking about the American economy and "offered glimpses of his agenda for next year, as well as an early blueprint for his party's message to voters in the 2006 elections."

While additional tax cuts will not be on the table, Bush "suggested his legislative agenda would include a comprehensive health-care measure that would make individual health-savings accounts more available and more affordable."
