Lamont May Challenge Lieberman

Millionaire businessman Ned Lamont (D) says he's leaning toward challenging Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-CT), for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate from Connecticut, the Hartford Courant reports.

"If Lamont jumps into the race, his progress will be closely watched by former Sen. Lowell Weicker, who has promised to challenge Lieberman if no strong anti-war challenge emerges."
