Blunt Registers Domain Names

From The Hill: "Attention opponents of Rep. Roy Blunt (R-MO): Donít waste your time trying to register Internet domain names such as www.roybluntsucks.com or www.stoproyblunt.com. Most of them are already taken. By the Blunt camp."

Says a spokeswoman: "Itís certainly a preemptive strike. We wouldnít want anybody else to own them.î

Update: A Political Wire reader notes that the .net and .org versions of the domain names above are still available.

One of the most inexpensive places to register your own domain names is Go Daddy.

Taegan D. Goddard is the founder of Political Wire, one of the earliest and most influential political web sites.
