Webb Not Running

Raising Kaine says that former Secretary of the Navy James Webb will not challenge Sen. George Allen (R-VA) this year. As we noted earlier, Harris Miller (D) is the Democratic party backed candidate to face off against Allen and the lack of support among party leaders may have led to Webb's decision.
