Goodman Stokes Talk of Senate Run

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman (D) "continued to tickle political speculators... revealing that he met with three high-profile Democratic U.S. senators about a possible run for the Senate," the Las Vegas Review Journal reports.

"He said he had meetings last week with Sens. Barak Obama, Edward Kennedy, and Charles Schumer, all influential members of the Democratic leadership, when he was in Washington, D.C., for the U.S. Conference of Mayors."
