Payback for Souter Shot Down

ìAn attempt to take U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souterís home by eminent domain and turn it into a hotel was squashed by Weare voters at yesterdayís town deliberative session,î reports the Manchester Union Leader.

The move was touted by voters angry with Souterís vote affirming the governmentís right to eminent domain in the 2005 case of /Kelo v. //New London/. Residents wanted to take Souterís home and remake it into the Lost Liberty Inn.
