Judy Baar Topinka (R), "the only nonmillionaire among the major Republican candidates going into Tuesday's hotly contested GOP primary election" for Illinois governor, "is trouncing the other four GOP candidates in terms of external financial support, raising more than $1 million in the past 10 weeks," the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

The GOP race highlights Tuesday's primary ballot.
