In New Mexico, Democrats Safe in Top Races

A new Rasmussen Reports poll finds New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson (D) leading challenger John Dendahl (R) by a huge margin, 56% to 32%.

Key finding: Richardson is supported by 30% of Republicans.

In the U.S. Senate race, Sen. Jeff Bingaman (D-NM) leads Allen McCullough (R) by a similar margin, 59% to 33%.
