According to their press release, a new online community created by Bush strategists Mark McKinnon and Matthew Dowd and Clinton-Gore aides Joe Lockhart and Carter Eskew, among others, will launch this fall. For some reason, it's called Hotsoup.com.

Washington Wire: "Does the world need another social-networking site, particularly one launched by a bunch of political consultants devoted to giving wonks and 'opinion drivers' outside the Beltway a place to chat about social issues?"
