In West Virginia, Byrd Appears Safe

A new Rasmussen Reports poll shows Sen. Robert Byrd (D-WV) beating John Raese (R) by a whopping 33 points, 63% to 30%. Byrd has added eight points to his lead since August.

Key statistic: Byrd is viewed favorably by 74% of West Virginians, including 47% who view him very favorably.
