A contest sponsored by California State University professors asks them to create a television ad or website against the re-election of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) TV spot, the AP reports. The winning artist gets a free years' tuition -- and their video will appear as an ad on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
