Obama Edges Clinton in Iowa, Race Still Close

A new ABC News/Washington Post poll finds Sen. Barack Obama leading among likely caucus goers with 30% support, followed by Sen. Hillary Clinton at 26%, John Edwards at 22% and Gov. Bill Richardson at 11%.

Since the summer, Obama has gained 4 points, Edwards lost 3 points and Clinton's support remained unchanged.

Key caveat: "Clearly there's room to move: Forty-three percent say there's a chance they could change their minds by the Jan. 3 caucuses; 20 percent say there's a good chance of it."

Complete poll results are available.
