Is Thompson Conceding New Hampshire?

Andrew Malcom notes an important omission in Republican presidential candidate Fred Thompson's latest fundraising request to keep his ad campaign going: "Interestingly, the Thompson ad appeal only mentions Iowa and South Carolina among the early states. New Hampshire, where he's not been much and not gained traction either, is omitted."

A CNN/WMUR-TV poll released yesterday found Thompson in sixth place in the GOP primary.

Meanwhile, First Read notes Thompson is hinting at embarking on a possible Southern strategy.
