Michigan Re-Vote Plan Stalls Again

CQ Politics: "The recent optimism about a possible breakthrough in the Michigan Democratic presidential delegate dispute has faded dramatically, as a plan to hold a “do-over” primary — to supplant the results of the Jan. 15 contest that sparked the controversy — appears at risk of succumbing to gridlock in the state legislature."

The state legislature "would have to pass the legislation by the end of business Thursday to make a June 3 primary a reality."

Chuck Todd says a re-vote for Michigan is "all but dead."

However, Ben Smith notes Sen. Hillary Clinton will be in Detroit tomorrow pushing for a vote in the legislature.
