ARG Poll: Clinton Leads in Indiana

A new American Research Group poll in Indiana shows Sen. Hillary Clinton leading Sen. Barack Obama, 53% to 44%.

Key findings: Clinton leads among self-described Democrats 59% to 38% (78% of likely Democratic primary voters), while Obama leads 64% to 31% among self-described independents and Republicans. If self-described independents were to increase their share of the vote to 38%, Clinton and Obama would be tied. (Self-described Republicans are more apt to support Clinton, but only account for 4% of likely Democratic primary voters.)
