ARG Poll: Obama Steady in North Carolina

A new American Research Group poll in North Carolina shows sen. Barack Obama leading Sen. Hillary Clinton, 52% to 42%. These results are unchanged from the previous survey.

Key findings: Obama leads among men 53% to 42% and he leads among women 51% to 42%. Clinton leads among white voters 57% to 36% and Obama leads among African American voters 83% to 13%. Obama leads 60% to 34% among likely primary voters under 50 and Clinton leads 55% to 39% among likely primary voters 50 and older.
