Coleman Dealt Another Blow

In a "potentially decisive ruling," a three-judge panel in Minnesota ordered a review of up to 400 new absentee ballots opened and counted, but far fewer than Norm Coleman (R) wanted in his effort to overtake Al Franken's (D) 225 vote lead in the U.S. Senate race, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
