Castle Will Not Switch Parties

CQ Politics asked Rep. Mike Castle (R-DE) about comments he made that suggested he might consider switching parties if he ran for U.S. Senate.

Castle said he has no plans to switch and that he might have been a bit "inarticulate" in his Monday speech.

Said Castle: "I am a Republican. I am not Arlen Specter. I don't intend to change parties."
