Takeover Opportunities Grow for House Democrats

House Republicans face at least three possibilities where incumbents will vacate seats in highly Democratic districts, The Hill reports.

Rep. Mark Kirk's (R-IL) expected announcement that he will run for Senate
Rep. Mike Castle's (R-DE) possible retirement or run for Senate
