Obama Favorability Jumps This Week

The latest DailyKos/Research 2000 tracking poll finds President Obama enjoying a spike in his favorability -- up eight points in the last week. The polling was conducted over the week, but the biggest jump for the president came on Wednesday and Thursday.

Also, for the first time in several weeks, the Democrats regained a few points on the 2010 generic congressional ballot question and now lead Republicans, 33% to 28%.
