Connecticut Gov. Jodi Rell's (R) most recent filing reports show that her political organization raised just $14,760 in contributions over the last three-month reporting period that ended Sept. 30 fueling speculation that she's not running for re-election in 2010, the New London Day reports.
In contrast, two potential Democratic challengers -- Dan Malloy and Susan Bysiewicz -- each raised more than $100,000.
