Hoffman Takes the Lead?

A new Club for Growth poll finds Conservative party candidate Doug Hoffman leading in New York's 23rd congressional district with 31%, followed by Bill Owens (D) at 27%, and Dede Scozzafava (R) at 20% and 22% still undecided. The poll's margin of error is +/- 5.66 points.

Major caveat: Club for Growth is actively backing Hoffman in the race.

Chuck Todd: "Be very cautious of all NY-23 polling. Why? There's nothing driving turnout; figuring out who is going to vote is near impossible."
