A new Neighborhood Research (R) poll in New York's 23rd congressional district shows Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman leading with 34%, followed by Bill Owens (D) at 29% and Dede Scozzafava (R) at 14% with another 23% undecided.
The normal caveats apply: It's a partisan poll with a small sample size (366 likely voters) and determining who is a likely voter is very difficult in this race.
