Hoffman Concedes Again

For the second time this month, Doug Hoffman (C) "conceded the New York special election to Rep. Bill Owens (D-NY), and said he will not legally challenge the results of the race," Politico reports.

Said Hoffman: "Yesterday, the remaining ballots were counted in the 23rd Congressional District special election. The results re-affirm the fact that Bill Owens won."
