Cap and Trade Dead in the Senate?

The Wall Street Journal reports that Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK), the top Republican on the Environment and Public Works Committee, has declared cap and trade legislation dead in the Senate.

Said Inhofe, "Ninety-five percent of the nails were in the coffin prior to this week. Now they are all in."

Meanwhile, Fox News reports that Inhofe has sent letters to various federal agencies telling them to retain their climate change emails and documents as part of his push for an investigation into whether the U.N's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has fudged the science on global warming.
